DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING OPTIONS?

Unfortunately, we do not offer special gift wrapping options at this moment in time, as our priority is ensuring safe packaging to prevent damage in delivery. However, all our orders (excluding large mosaics and mirrors) will arrive lovingly wrapped in our sky blue tissue paper, packaged within a FSC Certified cardboard postage box. If you require any extra touches, such as a personalized message card, please contact us and we will do our best to help!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I gladly accept returns. Contact me within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 28 days of delivery. I don't accept exchanges or cancellations. However please contact me if you have any problems with your order and we will strive to find a solution for you! Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged, I can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs (unless due to damage or defect). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

If you would like to ship an order internationally, please email us at peartreeglassstudio@gmail.com before placing your order. We can then confirm whether we can ship to your destination and provide an estimated shipping cost for you.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We aim to get orders processed and delivered as soon as possible. All orders will aim to be out for delivery within 2 working days and will be shipped via Royal Mail First Class post unless upgraded to tracked delivery in checkout. Large mosaics and Mirrors may be sent by courier special delivery due to size/weight.

WHAT IF MY ORDER GOES MISSING IN THE POST?

We hope this never happens! However, Peartree Glass Studio is not responsible for any loss of package after shipping, unless the order has been upgraded to tracked delivery. Tracked deliveries will receive a refund in full if loss of package is confirm by the courier. For lost orders which did not have upgraded shipping, please get in touch and we will see what we can do to help.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We take great care in packaging our glass so it will arrive to you safely! While we hope this never happens, for orders that arrive damaged on delivery, you must provide photo evidence within 24 hours of receiving the package for a full refund. Damaged items must be returned to us, with return shipping refunded.
